Harford County Public Schools offers a wide variety of programs at the elementary level including gifted education, summer school and instrumental music. We have prekindergarten programs in 21 of our elementary schools designed to meet the needs of at-risk students. There are 21 before and after school on-site daycare centers available for the community. All of our kindergarten programs are full-day.
