HCPS Fingerprint Refund Policy

Refunds will not be granted if an applicant has already been fingerprinted
Refunds will not be granted for appointment no-shows
If you need to reschedule and have paid through PayPal the payment will be applicable to the new appointment
Refunds will be issued by request for appointments cancelled 24 hours in advance of the appointment date and time
HCPS reserves the right to retain a $5.00 refund processing fee
