Federal Impact Aid Forms

The following communication went out to identified contacts on Friday, November 1, 2024, at 5:00 p.m. via phone call, email, and text message:

If you are active military personnel, a civilian or federal employee working and/or living on federal property, your student has received or will receive a Federal Impact Aid form to be completed and returned to school. 
 
If your child is not attending school in person, please find a blank form attached to this email. It is important we receive the completed form from you, as this is a means of funding that will impact your student’s school system.  

Individuals working on federal property should complete the box indicating the specific location of employment. The forms should be returned to school with your child no later than Friday, November 8, 2024. Blank forms are also available on the Resources for Parents page under ‘Forms and Documents’ on www.hcps.org.
