Distribution of Funds
Develop a plan for the project & funds, and review with your principal or director.
Once approved, the GSS team will contact you regarding final signatures.
After submission, it may take several weeks for applications to be reviewed.
Awards < $2,000 go directly to the school's account. Awards >$2,000 must be managed by HCPS Finance Office

The GSS team will review your application & plan.
The Grants Support Services team will support with grant research, writing, and submission.
If awarded the grant, the Grants Support Services team will meet with you to review the Notice of Grant Award (NOGA)
The Grants Support Services team will review and assist with accounting, reporting procedures, & timelines.
